Probagandada Shacabka Lagu Marinhabaabinayo Sarkaal Onlf Baa Itoobiya Loo Dhiibay, Maa laga Hadlo Ganacsatada Soomaalidaa Ee Dawlad Diidkaa, Markii Dawlad Lahelaa Itoobiyaya Lala Xisaabtami Karaa

Soomaaliya 1991 waxaa ka burburay dawladdii, dalkana waxaa la wareegay ganacsato laga taageero dalal shisheeye.
Dawlad waxay ku shaqaysaa dhaqaale, dhaqaaluhu dawladda wuxuu kasoo galaa canshuur laga qaado ganacsatada.

Hase yeeshee Soomaaliya waxaa si dadban u haysta Ganacsato aan rabin dawlad iyo cid canshuur ka qaadda, waxayna si dadban u taageeraan cid allaale oo dawladnimada Soomaaliya kasoo horjeedda.

Hadda waxaan ognahay in ay dalka Soomaaliya jooggaan ugu yaraan 20 kun oo ciidanka Itoobiya ah, sababta ay dalka la jooggaan waa waxay qabanayaan shaqadii dawladeed oo amaankay sugayaan, haddiise dawlad la helilahaa dalkooday ku noqon lahaayeen.

Dhanka kale maamul Gobaleedyada iyo dawladda dhexe ma wada shaqeeyaan, oo dhammaan maamul gobaleedyada waxaa si dadban u xukuma Itoobiya oo waliba xoog baa si dadban lowgu haystaa.

Qoriga zuuga salka lagu fariisiyo waa 40 kun oo dollar, waxaana haysta beelaha Soomaaliyeed oo beeshaan dhawr qori oo Zuu ah lahayn waxaa ka xoog badnaanaya beelaha haysta Qoriga Zuuga.

Beeshii Itoobiya aan amarkeeda u hogaansamin, waxay ka baqaysaa in Itoobiya beesha ay iska soo horjeedaan fadhiga dhawr qori oo uu Zuu ah soo siiso.

Tusaale beesha reer sh Isxaaq waa in ay qaadato amarka Itoobiya, haddii kale beelaha darafyada ayaa dhawr qori la siinayaa.

Xaaladda Soomaaliya halkaas in ay marayso qof walba waa ogyahay, maalmahaanna waxay nagu wareersheen Sargaal Onlf ah baa Itoobiya loo dhiibay iyo hadal caruureed.

Itoobiya waxayba haystaa dhulkii Kililka oo dhan, hadana shacabka kililka maamulkoodu horumar buuba gaaray oo iyagaaba maanta Soomaalida kale ka nolol fiican.

Hase yeeshee maba xuma in laga hadlo in ay qalad tahay in Itoobiya ay qofkay rabto ka kaxaysato Soomaaliya iyadoon maxkamad lagu cadayn, laakiin ma habboona in si qayrul caadiya loo buunbuuniyo.

Soomaalina iyagaa isugu wacan in saas loo bahdillo, ee ma ahan eed ay leeyihiin Farmaajo iyo Khayre oo qura, waxaana muuqata in ay Farmaajo iyo Khayre dadaalayaan, ayna mudantahay in lala dadaalo oo laga saxo dhanka dhismaha nidaam dawladeed oo awoodda la saaro sidii looga hortagi lahaa waxa la yiraahdo one man shaw, oo micnihiisu yahay in waxwalba Madaxwaynaha iyo Raysalwasaraha laga sugo, oo ay dawladaas noqoto dawlad ku jirta shandada hal ruux diktatorship goverment.

Sida dawladaha maamulgobaleedyada oo dawlado ku jira shandada Madaxwaynaha oo qura —> One man shaw Goverment

  1. For Somaliland Leaders, Alleged Support for Al-Shabaab is a Means to an End!

The present day secessionist North-Western region of Somalia (aka Somaliland) was founded shortly after Somalia’s central government disintegrated in January 1991. The former rebel group, SNM, which captured the cities of Hargeisa, Burao and Berbera had spearheaded the secessionist campaign. To extend areas under their control, SNM invaded and captured Boorama in the country’s far north-west and slaughtered thousands of Gadabuursi clansmen, women and children. They also invaded Sool and Sanaag shortly after their massacre in Awdal and killed in cold blood hundreds of nomadic civilians in those two regions.

However, in a twist of fate, at the same time SNM declared the secession in the north, their main backer in neighboring Ethiopia, Mengistu Haile Mariam, was ousted by the rebel group, TPLF. Soon a political bickering, which would later escalate into a full fledged civil war, among the main Isaaq sub clans started. The late Mohamed Ibrahim Egal, with support from his Habar-Awal clan, was able to defeat his Garxejis opponents. Mr. Egal brought some stability to the region at a time when the rest of country was in chaos.

However, Mr. Egal was unable to secure recognition from the international community. When he passed away in 2002, the region he left behind, though relatively stable, was in diplomatic limbo. Despite the relave stability in the enclave, the international community wasn’t interested to recognize individual Somali clan fiefdoms as sovereign nations.

Meanwhile, Southern Somalia was at the beginning stages of what would become a long road to the still ongoing recovery. Fully aware that a full restoration of law and order in the south would pose a dire threat to its hopes for recognition, the secessionist enclave had adopted a dual track policy in its dealings with the South. First, it adopted a policy of pitting warring major southern clans against one another. Second, it started using Al-Shabaab, which splintered from the Union Islamic Courts, as a proxy to keep the South unstable.

Both policies were meant to further the chaos in the south until Somaliland gets recognition. In addition, it launched a public relations campaign portraying itself as an oasis of peace and tranquility, while depicting the south as hopelessly chaotic.

The top echelons of the terror outfit, which exclusively operates in central and southern Somalia, were dominated by the likes of Godane, Mi’ad, and others who hailed from Somaliland. Under the northerners’ direction, Al-Shabaab slaughtered tens of thousands of civilians in Mogadishu and its environs. The indiscriminate slaughter of civilians in the south by Al-Shabaab became Somaliland’s main lobbying point for getting recognition from the international community. As part of Somaliland’s lobbying blitz, a former first lady who hails from the region famously called Southerners “terrorists and pirates.”

Somaliland also launched a proxy campaign against neighboring Puntland. Since 2012, a number of Somaliland affiliated Al-Shabaab members have been stationed in the Galgala area, threatening Puntland’s largest city and its main commercial hub. To prevent possible disruptions in the city’s business activity, Puntland has stationed hundreds of highly equipped men in the area.

Two months ago, a large reinforcement which arrived from Somaliland successfully launched a deadly raid which killed nearly 100 Puntland forces. Upon returning to Somaliland, the fighters were reportedly received as heroes. The outrage over the attack led Puntland’s leaders to openly accuse Somaliland of colluding with Al-Shabaab.

However, it seems despite Somaliland’s best efforts, both policies are falling flat on their faces. Major formerly warring southern clans are far less antagonistic now and seem ready to move on and put the past behind them. And, secondly, Al-Shabaab’s brutality-even though still lethal-seems to be losing steam. A lot of high profile Al-Shabaab figures are now surrendering to the government, and as the Somali government gets a firmer grip on security, more and more foot soldiers for the terror group will be incentivised to defect.

Since its inception in 2007, Al-Shabaab-which has long been bankrolled by Somaliland- has killed nearly 100,000 Somalis in Southern Somalia. It is time for Somaliland leaders to atone for their crimes against other Somalis.
